Smarter Eyedroppers
This one get’s lots of ooos and aaahhhs whenever I show it. In the Develop module under the Basic panel you can click the Eyedropper to select a neutral color in your photo. Well, you’re probably used to clicking and setting the neutral point only to find the result isn’t what you were hoping for. In Lightroom however, you don’t even have to go that far. Just select the eyedropper and move it over areas of your photo. Then look over to the left side of the screen in the Navigator panel and you’ll see the preview of your photo changing as you move the eyedropper. You gotta admit – that is pretty sweet.
