The 2018 Lightroom Calendar Templates Are Here!

Well, by here I mean over at Ed Weaver’s site (Ed has been making these presets since 2010 and sharing them with the Lightroom community for free, which I think is awfully cool of Ed). Head on over to Ed’s site now (here’s the link) to download yours.

Ed has created two different versions of the calendar:

(1) One that starts with Sunday as the first day of the week (a U.S. version, if you will)
(2) One that starts with Monday as the first day (the International version)

I made a short video on how to install these and use them (it’s really easy) and you can check that out below:

My thanks to Ed for once again making these calendar templates (it’s a LOT of work), and for sharing them with the Lightroom community. 🙂

Hope you all have a great weekend, and we’ll catch you back here Monday for some more New Year’s stuff.

Best,

-Scott

P.S. If you have Adobe’s Photographer’s Bundle of Lightroom and Photoshop, but you haven’t taken the time to learn Photoshop yet, I have a 1-hour long course that can change that for you this weekend. Check out the official trailer below:

Here’s the link to the course. You can watch it right now for $9.99 (and you have a whole month to watch a bunch of other courses, too, including a bunch on Lightroom).

    Hello!
Can we also ask questions? My question is Will Lightroom let me put the calendar on a layer and then only the lines and characters be seen on the picture chosen?
    Thank you,
    Lj

Two questions: 1) what aspect ratios do we need to choose for our photos so they match Ed’s templates? 2) what’s a good paper stock to use so the individual months don’t curl up when they are hung?
    Thanks Ed & Scott!
