I use the following naming convention. YYYYMMDD-HHMMSSSS The last two are Sub Seconds which I don’t believe can be added in Lightroom. I change the name with Photo Mechanic which is able to pull sub seconds from file before importing to Lightroom. If you shoot sports at multiple frames per second it helps keep everything sorted correctly.

I find it more useful than keeping the file number assigned on camera.
