One Day, When Your Filters Go Missing, You’ll Thank Me For This Lightroom Tip

It’s going to happen. In fact, it may have already happened to you. But if it hasn’t, and one day it does (and it will, oh yes it will), you’ll want to know how to recover fast from it, or you’ll be ready to jump out the freakin’ window. Watch this short video (less than 2 min), and put this tip in your back pocket until that fateful day. Then you’ll fix it with one click and feel like a total boss.

Hope you found that helpful, even if you didn’t have to use it today. 🙂

Post Processing Tricks for Aviation Photographers and Landscape Lovers
We released an awesome new class yesterday from Moose Peterson (every Thursday is “New Class Thursday on KelbyOne”) on how to post process aviation photos, and then week before we released Moose’s class on Post processing for Landscape photos, and it’s already getting rave reviews (Moose uses Photoshop and Camera Raw in these classes, but you guys know that Lightroom’s Develop module is Camera Raw, right? Right!). Hope you’ll get a chance to check them out this weekend (remember — if you’re NOT a KelbyOne member, you can take the free trial and watch them right now).

Hope you all have a rockin’ weekend, and we’ll see you back here on Monday 🙂

Best,

-Scott

According to Windows protocol, there should be … to show an expanded menu. Or a button curved rectangle around it.

You read my mind. I set up LR on a new machine and could not find my filters. I could get the flags but not the colour, which I needed. It was driving me crazy! Thanks again Scott.
