Obviously, because this entire tutorial is about the cloud-based Lightroom app, so you’d obviously need to have it installed to follow along. Hope that helps!

This should be something enabled in LR Classic. I don’t use the online version and likely never will. Seems like Classic users have more features but fewer online options which seems, to me, to be by design.
